For her big wedding day Princess Madaleine of Sweden was dress by the father of the House of Valentino, Mr. Valentino Garavani.
He created a Princess worthy haute couture wedding gown consisting of,
A pleated silk organza with appliquéd ivory-hued Chantilly lace.
The Top half of the bodice was lace, extending to a v-shape back and an accentuated waist leading to a four-metre-long train.
Over her relax drop bun hairstyle, she donned a veil made from silk organza, featuring a near five metres long trail edged with point d’esprit dots and orange blossom Chantilly lace.
Madaleine wore an ivory white silk shoes with intertwine point d’esprit dots.
Her tiara is from a private collection.
In her hand was a classic white garden roses bouquet made from Schneewittchen, Austin roses, Alabaster, and Winchester Cathedral, as well as lilies of the valley and the traditional myrtle from Sofiero.
On working with Princess Madeleine, Mr. Valentino said it had been,
